Our customers \u2014 and their customers \u2014 care more than ever about what’s really behind the products they buy. Where did this cashew come from? Who grew it? How did it get here?<\/p>\n

At Target Agriculture, we don’t see those questions as a challenge. We see them as an invitation to show our work, openly, at every stage.<\/p>\n

Our Presence Across the Cashew Value Chain<\/h1>\n

From farm to export, we stay close to every stage \u2014 not because a certificate requires it, but because it’s the only way we know how to guarantee what we promise.<\/p>\n

Procurement<\/h2>\n

We work directly with 6 farming cooperatives across Xuan Loc and Tho Son, Dong Nai<\/strong> \u2014 home to more than 1,000 farming families<\/strong> cultivating roughly 5,000 hectares<\/strong> of organic cashew. Together, we purchase about 15,000 tons of raw cashew every year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It’s not a transaction we manage from a distance. Our own field team works alongside these farmers season after season, supporting the organic practices that make every harvest count.<\/p>\n

Processing<\/h2>\n

Once the raw cashew arrives, our cracking facility separates it into kernels \u2014 roughly 32% cut kernel and 18% whole (round) kernel<\/strong> by weight, from every 15,000-ton harvest. From there, our production runs through our own facilities, so quality control never has to rely on someone else’s word.<\/p>\n

Our organic processing facility, EcO2<\/strong>, spans 5,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> with a production capacity of 25 containers per month<\/strong> (16 tons each) \u2014 enough to keep pace with steady, predictable demand from customers around the world.<\/p>\n

We currently operate three facilities under one philosophy: a dedicated cashew cracking (shelling) factory<\/strong>, a production factory<\/strong>, and Tamkira<\/strong>, our processing facility for OEM and private label products<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Distribution<\/h2>\n

More than 90% of what we export is white kernel<\/strong>, alongside a growing line of dried and flavour-coated products. Today, our cashews travel to customers across the globe \u2014 the majority to Europe<\/strong> (with Germany and the Netherlands among our largest markets), about 20% to the United States<\/strong> and smaller volumes to South Korea and Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To keep every shipment on schedule, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners who specialize in moving agricultural products safely across borders, so our team can stay focused on what we do best: growing, processing, and verifying quality.<\/p>\n

Traceability Is the Backbone of Everything We Do<\/h1>\n

Our organic cashew traceability system lets customers scan a single code and follow their cashews back to the source: the cooperative, the farming families, the region. With 6 cooperatives and over 1,000 farmers behind every harvest, that traceability isn’t a nice-to-have \u2014 it’s the only way to keep a supply chain this size honest.<\/p>\n

Behind every scan, every certificate, and every shipment is data and we treat that data as seriously as the cashews themselves. Internally, we manage and track our operations through Power BI, giving our team a clear, up-to-date view of procurement, processing, and quality across every stage of the chain.<\/p>\n

It’s not flashy. It’s just how we make sure nothing gets lost between a farmer’s harvest and a customer’s shelf.<\/p>\n
